The hotel has a majestic hall and reception area but the rooms are a bit of a letdown in comparison. They are comfortable, clean, and though somewhat small, they offer a big closet, cozy beds, and good blankets. The service is generally extra nice and helpful, but there was a minor incident of rudeness over a simple request. The location is fantastic, close to major attractions and conveniences, but there are safety concerns at night. The dining experience is decent, with room for improvement in variety, but the hotel facilities are satisfactory overall.
